I am skilled in leading end-to-end UX strategy and design for mobile apps, responsive websites, and complex enterprise systems.

Most recently, I led global design at FACEIT, where I improved player engagement and premium conversion for titles like Counter-Strike 2 and Overwatch 2. The Challenge:

Gamers on FACEIT were facing friction in the matchmaking system the very heart of their gaming experience. The goal was clear: redesign the most used feature to not only be seamless and intuitive but also to drive engagement and satisfaction for a diverse, global player base.

The Strategy: From Pain Points to Playable Moments

My approach was to be the voice of the player. I dove deep into community channels like Discord and Reddit, conducted surveys, and turned player feedback into an actionable design strategy. This wasn't just about a new interface; it was about understanding what truly mattered to the community.

The Execution: A Focus on Impact

I owned the entire design journey, from defining the user flows and wireframes to crafting the final, clean UI. By championing accessibility and inclusive design, I ensured the solution served all players. I also facilitated cross-functional workshops to test bold ideas and keep the product at the forefront of gaming trends.

The new matchmaking system didn't just look good; it performed. My work delivered significant, measurable results:
